I'm a medical doctor with training in integrative medicine and coherence-based approaches to health.

 

My work focuses on nervous system regulation and the restoration of physiological coherence as a foundation for resilience and healing.

 

After serving as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Miami, I recognized that while modern medicine excels at diagnosis, many individuals continue to struggle because their nervous systems remain in states of chronic stress or dysregulation. This insight led me to expand my clinical work beyond imaging to approaches that support the body’s capacity to return to balance once safety and regulation are restored.

Today, I serve as a clinical guide, using medical insight, neurophysiological data, and guided attentional stabilization practices to help individuals address symptoms at their source rather than managing them downstream.
