I have always been deeply immersed in the search for healing, understanding, and transformation. As a medical doctor, I explored not only traditional science and integrative medicine but also quantum theories, manifestation teachings, spirituality, energy work, nervous system regulation, and countless approaches that promised peace, alignment, or a better reality.

And while many of those paths offered insight, I eventually noticed something within myself that I had also begun to observe in others: the seeking never seemed to end.

There was always another method, another technique, another level to reach. Beneath the surface of self-improvement and spiritual exploration, many of us were still anxious, disconnected from our bodies, overstimulated, and quietly exhausted. We had become so accustomed to stress and inner tension that we barely recognized it anymore,  like a frog slowly adapting to water that is becoming hotter and hotter.

That realization stayed with me for years.

Life itself continued to deepen those questions for me through love, loss, change, and the many experiences that shape us as human beings. After the passing of my late husband years ago, I began reflecting more deeply on the nature of identity, separation, and what it truly means when someone transitions. Over time, something in my understanding began to reveal itself. I no longer experienced life quite as a collection of isolated individuals moving through separate stories, but as something far more interconnected and mysterious.

Then life brought me another deeply meaningful moment: the passing of my beloved black cat, Luna. She was far more than a pet to me. Her presence carried a softness, stillness, and unconditional connection that touched something very deep within my heart. The process of her death opened a space in me that no achievement, philosophy, or external solution could fill.

In the midst of grief and reflection, I found myself drawn toward the deeper understanding and application of the teachings of non-duality and the work of Rupert Spira. And for the first time in many years, something inside me began

to soften.

Not because I had finally found “the answer,” but because I started to experience relief from the need to keep searching.

I began reconnecting not with another identity, belief system, or future version of myself, but with a quieter awareness underneath all of it. A sense of being that did not depend on constant striving, external validation, or controlling life. Ironically, as that inner pressure began to dissolve, my outer reality also began to change in ways that felt more natural and aligned.

These books and my new approach to medicine as a whole have been born from that journey.

It is not about becoming spiritually perfect or endlessly fixing yourself. It is about remembering the part of you that has never truly been broken. The part beneath the noise, the stress, the conditioning, and the endless mental activity. The part that is already whole.

Through my writing, I hope to offer others the same sense of gentleness, reflection, relief, and reconnection that slowly transformed my own life.

THE FIELD BOOK COLLECTION

In a futuristic world driven by calibration, systems, and constant movement, Chester appears to have everything under control, but beneath the surface, a quiet restlessness follows him everywhere he goes.

When an unexpected encounter begins disrupting the rhythm of his carefully managed life, Chester is forced to confront something far more unsettling than external instability: his own mind.

As relationships deepen, emotional patterns surface, and reality itself seems to respond to his internal state, he begins to uncover a quieter form of awareness hidden beneath thought, fear, and the endless need to control.

Blending contemplative non-duality philosophy, neuroscience-inspired themes, and atmospheric fiction, The Still Field is a short, quiet, and emotionally resonant exploration of presence, identity, and what happens when we finally stop trying to escape ourselves.
